Comfortable and supportive for heavy legs ams long days at the shop. Feet and legs feel a lit fitter during the day. The wide fit is perfect for bigger calves.

Aboslute scam

Aboslute scam, they're trying to sell cheap Chinese product as something medical and of reasonable quality. Feels and smells awful plastic, I didn't even want to try them on. Massive problem with the return, they try to make up to you without accepting the return, writing multiple mails instead of rapidly providing with the return form. Now they insist on sending the product back to US, knowing well it's impossible from Switzerland and that it's already been sent to their polish adress. Complete cheating

Awful experience, do not buy

This website was a scam to me. I ordered the socks the 5th of december, 20 DAYS BEFORE MY TRIP, their website says "wear your socks before 7 days", that is a very clear promise. The socks left CHINA two weeks later. When they arrived, I was already on the middle of my trip. Of course I couldn't go pick them up because I was in a 3 week long trip. When i returned, I complained to the brand, as the socks were returned to them. According to them, that's not their problem, and they are keeping the money. Never ever this has happened to me. If the package gets returned, you get your money back. If it gets destroyed because you FAILED to send it in time, you also get your money back because that's also not my problem. They lied to me and said the delay was because of customs and they used that to say they don't need to return my money, but it wasn't customs, I have the tracking and I can see how it was them not sending the package. I wouldn't complain if they didn't PROMISE on their website, that you wear your socks in 7 days and they took 2 weeks to send plus the extra time to arrive (and sending them from china, what?). Lying about customs when they didn't send the package, keeping my money, and the overall attitude has been awful in my opinion.EDIT: After refusing to return my money in various email exchanges, the company offered to return me my money only if I deleted this review. They say in their response it was not tied to anything, they why haven't I received my money yet after more than 2 weeks from my last email?judge yourself "To proceed with your refund, I kindly ask that you first remove the review from Trustpilot, as it contains inaccurate information. Once you have done so, please send me a screenshot confirming that it has been removed, and I will prioritize issuing your refund immediately".

Wish I never ordered

Gosh I wish I had looked at trustpilot before ordering!I have been advertised various compression socks and thought I did a comparison between companies but clearly not.As others have said, this company drop ships product and it seems like a scam. My parcel has apparently been at a warehouse in the UK for two weeks now but there is no update on any of the tracking links. I have asked customer service to investigate what has happened but they keep sending me the tracking links which I already have as if that is new and helpful information.I suspect the emails are written by AI.I will be asking for a refund but from reading other reviews I have no confidence that I will get one.Avoid the angst and buy from a reputable site or try to find something in the physical shops.
