I am really disappointed with the quality and feel they are not fit for purpose. I ordered s/m as per your size guide but they are too short and don't come up to my knee ( I am slim build 5ft5inch female)The compression is non existent, the material is rough and scratchy, in my opinion they are not compression socks but cheap regular long socks sent from China but sold at a premium price. I would like to return for a refund but I am not prepared to pay postage to Poland when I ordered them in the Uk.
I am so disappointed by this company. I read good reviews so trusted it. I bought two pairs of compression socks (buy one get one free) and tried one on but it wasnt comfortable. I have followed the returns process and have been told that as I have tried on one sock and these are classed as 'intimate wear' that I cannot return them. I was offered 50% off another order or a 10% refund. This is not what is advertised on their website so be very very careful when ordering as you cannot return them.** update based on the reply below**You do not need to try and justify this, it’s is 100% buyer beware. I am in contact with Trading Standards and they will take this further.
I purchased socks from them, they took longer than expected to arrive. After receiving, the material is very very thin and poor quality. The material felt rough and there was little compression. Per the return policy, if a customer isn’t satisfied and the product wasn’t used you can return and get a refund. I requested a refund through the email listed on the site and they have sent 3 emails avoiding return instructions. The first email asked me why I’m not satisfied, the second email gave me other products they have that I can try without any return information and the 3rd email was them asking me again why I’m not satisfied and what items I received/tried. I just sent my fourth email stating the same thing as to why I do not want the socks or a different one of their products. They are obviously avoiding the return and I’m assuming trying to stall until the return window is over. Besides the return difficulties the socks truly were thin and not a ton of compression.
