Review Time
I recently made my first purchase after an offer popped up on Facebook. Upon arriving, I tried on 1 pair of the 2 pairs I had purchased. Despite checking the sizing guide prior to purchasing (I have lipedema so larger than average legs, so I always check this), the socks were too short and too tight and entirely unsuitable. I've been emailing back and forth with this company repeatedly trying to arrange a refund and return. Do far they've said the following:*ignored my refund request and suggested I buy more pairs of a different model with a 50% discount.*Asked for photos proving that they don't fit and showing how their size guide is wrong.* Declining a return and refund because I've tried one pair of the socks on for size and they're an "intimate item" and now not valid for return.Their website doesn't state that these are classed as an "intimate item", or that trying them on makes a return impossible. There's no clear refunds policy on their website either.I'll be speaking to my bank to initiate a chargeback, this Company is a scam as far as I'm concerned.

UPDATE: The company has responded suggesting all of their return restrictions were visible before I ordered. That is simply not the case. I have screenshots from the date of purchase, and their refund policy at the time contained none of the restrictions they are now claiming - no mention of hygiene exemptions, no reference to socks being “intimate wear,” and no rule preventing returns of promotional items. These additions appeared only after my purchase.This experience has reinforced my original view: the policies applied to my order were not the policies shown at the time I bought the product. I strongly advise avoiding this company.~I had a genuinely awful experience with this company. The sizing guide on their website is completely misleading — I followed it exactly, and the socks didn’t even come close to fitting. One pair was unopened and the other was only tried on briefly to check the fit, yet customer service still refused to accept a return.They then invented new “policies” that were not stated anywhere on their website, including calling socks “intimate wear” and claiming anything bought during a BOGO promotion is automatically non-returnable. None of this was shown before purchase and none of it matches their own published refund policy.Instead of resolving the issue, they offered tiny “goodwill” gestures (10% refund!) while still refusing to take responsibility. The product quality was also very poor, customer service was dismissive, and the whole experience felt deliberately obstructive.I’ve escalated the matter through my credit card provider because I genuinely couldn’t get a fair response from them.Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. There are far better and more reputable brands out there.
I was a bit skeptical at first because I’d seen some mixed comments online, but honestly, my experience with Snox was excellent. The order confirmation came through right away, and the tracking updates were clear. My package arrived in perfect condition, and the compression socks are genuinely high quality, comfortable, supportive, and stylish.What impressed me most was their customer service, quick replies, polite, and they actually care about solving things instead of giving generic answers. The ordering process was easy. I realised after ordering that the product wasn't medically suitable for me, as the compression level was inadequate and I asked if I could cancel. I had contact from Snox customer service which was polite and understanding, but didn't resolve the issue and the products were dispatched anyway. I haven't tried to return them, as reading other reviews and comments, this would seem costly etc. The actual products are poor quality. Not soft or stretchy, but a stiff and uncomfortable fabric. The design is not printed, but woven, which means there is uneven pressure, where the design is of a tighter weave than the main body of the stocking. There is no labelling of fabric composition with the stockings. My advice would be not to buy this brand, even if the compression level is good for you. I made an expensive mistake and learned from experience.
