Avoid this company!The customer service team are rude and unhelpful. They come up with any excuse to refuse your refund. I requested a refund through email and was advised to try some different socks because the ones I ordered were too small. I was then told because I placed another order, my original order was viewed as resolved and I could not return my original order. They asked me if I tried the items on. I said yes and then was told because they were tried on for hygiene reasons they couldn’t be returned. None of these ‘rules’ were stated on website. Don’t waste your time with this company. I received my order on 25/02/26 and have been back and forth with them trying to get a refund for almost a month. I am now trying to claim this money back through my bank.
23.3I would like to add note after receiving reply. I'm already in contact with snox support. They are not helpful. I provided reasons to return products and they were saying per their investigation product is good. Low quality is objective and i couldn't prove strong chemical odor. They didn't provide return label. They offered 25% payback as a showing of goodwill. I sent back package on my cost because i didn't want extend time. It's a dropshipping seller, they make difficult to return products. They don't follow EU law for customers. It's almost impossible to add reviews about their products. Do not buy! They have a very nicely done webpage. Products arrive after a week and then it's not that nice anymore. Socks have a very heavy odor. Socks are not soft like advertised and comparing with photos on page prints are not that pretty

I am having problems with swelling calfs since high school, also in last years suffering with varices and daily cramps. Very easy to put them on - to compare with running compressing sox. I just love them and dont worry ať all about wearing them all the time. I already had recommend the to my friend who are suffering with swolen legs. Snox are the best i had tried in last 15 years.
