Avoid at all cost. Horrendous, cheap, mass produced product. Customer service terrible and don't be duped by their returns policy. They will only give you an American address which will cost you more to return the sub standard product than you paid.
Wish I had looked at the reviews online before buying. Do not be fooled by their professional looking website, it’s all rubbish. Firstly, they will take forever to arrive. Mine arrived in little plastic bags, some were new some had clearly been opened. The worst quality ‘compression’ socks I’ve ever encountered. The material goes white as soon as you stretch it so the design you may have bought it for disappears - a massive indicator of a poor quality product. They smell of plastic. They are scratchy and uncomfortable. Please do not waste your money here. The customer service is absolutely horrendous and go out of their way to avoid giving you a refund by essentially not believing the issues of quality you report. Avoid this company like the plague. Would give zero stars if I could.
Do not buy anything from this company. They seem to trade us both Snox and Go Snox, and sell compression socks for travel. Absolute rubbish. The parcel took so long to arrive I’d already gone on my holiday, and when I asked about returning it, they first said I was out of time, then agreed that I was in time and said I had to return them to America! I’d brought them from what I thought was a UK company but it turned out they were obviously shipped from China. I queried the return to America, and they insisted this is where their returns depot was. They also kept offering me 10% off the purchase price to keep them. As I explained - I did not want to keep them as I’d already been on the holiday that I bought them for! They insisted they were a genuine company and said if I returned the items to America I would receive a full refund. Even though it cost me nearly £12 to return them I decided to go ahead as I had somehow spent over £50 on these compression socks! Two weeks after returning them they were returned back to me, as Snox had refused to pay the duty on them that was apparently owed. When checking this with the Snox customer services department they claimed not to know why the item had been returned, and suggested I followed it up with DPD myself. On following it up I found out they had been emailed by DPD and asked to pay the duty, and when they had refused to pay the duty the parcel was then returned to me in the UK. They are absolute rip off company. Avoid at all costs, Cheap Chinese rubbish and refusal to accept returns.
I was a bit cautious when I read some negative comments about Snox, but it turned out none of it was true. I actually got my order faster than expected, it came nicely packed, and the socks were super easy to put on. I wear them to work every day now.
Snox and go snox are the same company.Very uncomfortable tights. Fit perfectly everywhere apart from behind the knees.Their returns policy is not clear. So be warned. Once tried on, you can't return. This is not called out on the product page and nothing on the packaging. You will have to go digging to find it. Not acceptable.I was offered discount for a different size or 10% refund. I refuse to spend more to try a different size that I also won't be able to return once tried on. How can one determine they are fit for purpose when purchasing online and unable to try on? I also bought BOGOF and offered to return the unopened pack but was told this was not possible. This goes against Consumer Rights. They could've at least offered a 50% refund then and resold.Overall, the customer service is awful. They don't care about the customer at all.I ended up disputing through my bank to receive my refund.They also delete negative reviews on their site, hence none below 4 stars. I should have spotted this huge red flag before purchasing!I have since reported to Trading Standards as they are in breech of Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.Beware. Do not purchase from this company! If you unfortunately have already, report them to Trading Standards.N. B. : I been in contact. I have now asked for all my details to be removed from their system.
