Review Time
Really stressful to deal with this company. I ordered 2 items from them for a specific event and they didn’t arrive within the specified delivery time. I checked the tracking days later and it said delivered even though they had not been. When I contacted the customer service department they insisted the items were delivered. They refused to offer me a refund or replacement items. So stressful. Please do not order from them. Seems like a total scam!
The socks are poorly made, and the material is absolutely uncomfortable to wear. Because of the "embroidery," the socks cut into the skin in several places, and after just a few hours I had deep marks on my legs from the patterns.Customer service doesn’t respond, and any reviews under 4 stars are immediately deleted from the website!
Ordered and then attempted to return as I wasn’t happy with them, the quality was fine but not what I wanted. The return process was overly complicated and not all information was given like needing to provide pictures of the inside of the parcel before return! I had to find all this out myself and pay postage only for my parcel to get lost in the post. Guess what? Even with proof of postage, all the photos, and posing extra for the recommended tracked delivery they cannot provide a refund without the actually product returned. A waste of time and money (£54!)
Socks themselves are fine, but I found the exact pairs on Amazon for a fraction of the price (less than $20 for 5 pairs vs 1/$50). These are obviously drop shipped (took forever to arrive from China). Pretty massive rip-off, wish I’d known better.
