And begin can’t be bothered to take that my order has been sent to the wrong address what a disgusting company no offer of compensation from Amazon shipping fake Amazon link and details..ladies don’t don’t order from this disgusting company they used to use royal mail to deliver now they have gone cheap delivery at customers expense don’t don’t order from them your personal details will get lost open to scammers and this disgusting company don’t care

no one reads these so what's the point…

no one reads these so what's the point as you see no reply ..... this country needs everyone to go on strike for 3 days ..... cripple the country to make our so called piggy eyed poor excuse of a minster in charge to wake up and see the problems , definitely not prime!!!

Octopus Energy care about their customers.

Our energy provider is Octopus Energy. When I have emailed them about anything, they are always quick to reply. My latest email reply was from Zikhona who was so very helpful, friendly and informative. The best thing we did was to go with Octopus, unlike other energy providers they do care about their customers. We highly recommend Octopus.

They made me pay an higher IHS fee than…

They made me pay an higher IHS fee than the one I should have. I had to pay to send them email and all I got was an automatic response. I had to pay to call them and they told me I was going to get a refund on the 2nd of October if not, I could have emailed them again. I did not received it, but now I can’t use the previous query because it’s closed so I have to pay again just to complain about the same problem. I’m very disappointed.

Never seen anything like this. UK is basically now the worst place to do business or live. 20 mins average wait on phone, you ask for support. they cant help, you need to call again. Another 20-30 mins wait. What a disaster of organization

Banking miracle

I’ve known a few banks that treated me disrespectfully these include Santander, and Halifax but I was told NatWest was a good bank and in August I gave it a try thinking it can’t be worse than Santander and oh my gosh within 36 hours I got into the bank I’m happy to say that they are the best bank I have ever known thank you so much ☺️

SIA Mandatory Refreshers

Regarding new legislation on SIA License renewals, now after 2021 law of everyone must complete a Top up Course and EFAW course, SIA have conveniently stated this month that from April 2025 it will become mandatory every 3 years a refresher Top up and Efaw course will need to be completed, a lot of us pay our own way on minimum wage and now we're hit with this, joke of a country, a complete money scam and no wonder a lot are hanging up their badges..

Registering an LPOA

I sent a letter to register a power of attorney with HMRC for my mother. Although they are part of gov.uk and the power of attorney is already registered with gov.uk they were still unable or unwilling to use the validation code I sent. In fact they didn't react to anything I wrote in letter, just demanding either the original or certified copy. My shock at their inability to use their own system is beaten by the total lack of respect in not adressing anything I wrote in my letter. Apparently they have someone called Stuart Willims who calls himself a customer advisor.
