If I could rate a zero I would

If I could rate a zero I would. I have constantly tried to contact these people. I don’t know how a government service can be this awful. I have now been waiting for almost 40 minutes?….It is such a disgrace and it is awfully frustrating when you can’t get into contact with these people.

DBS Advisors Very Unhelpful / Security BREACH

I called the DBS and they were very unhelpful! I requested a reprint 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received it so I called them. The advisor asked me a series of security questions which I am 100% sure I answered correctly as none of the answers have changed since I submitted the original application. Yet the DBS advisor told me I FAILED security and hung up on me. This shows their information is different to the information I entered in which is a security VIOLATION and BREACH which is very CONCERNING! I then called back and the next advisor hung up on me after I gave him my application reference number before even getting to security. Each time you have to listen to a silly automated voice saying stuff like “many of your questions can be answered online please visit our website we are very busy at the moment” blah blah even though the wait time is less than 5 minutes so saying they’re very busy is a bunch of lies. No my questions cannot be answered on the website or I wouldn’t be calling you. Appalling service! Very VERY dissatisfied!

this would be 0 if available . nearly a full month since ordering a wedding certificate and still not even done let alone sent out . all these are bothered about is people paying £42 to get it next day . a total typical government rip off and apparently no need to be flippant!!!, no need for you to take money and fail to give the service paid for, thanks for loosing me money by failing to provide what I paid for in time, total brainless idiots!

Where do I start!!!

Where do I start! Had breakdown Dover A20. Phoned Green Flag 6.30. Recovery car expected 22.00 then 23.50. Taken to McD’s no car from Entreprise. They don’t work Saturday! No communication from anyone. Daughter to rescue from Dagenham, arrived home at 02.30am. Green Flag worst ever. Car arrived on rescue truck 16.00 Monday 3/3/25

absolutely useless website for tax. I was trying to report my capital loss but so fricking hard to find the form that I need to report it.I initially filled out an application online 2 months ago and they said they haven't received it.

Ordered 2X "special" fish suppers, i.e, FOUR fish, in a breadcrumb coating, with chips.. Has to be the WORST ever excuse for fish, the coatings were SOLID, I CRACKED the coatings to get access to the fish, which, on seeing these also, were dried to such an extent they were tasteless.. between 3 of us, we persevered but had to dispose of after half chewed
