I have unsuccessfully tried to laugh through the tears

possibly the most difficult website to navigate i have ever come across, you will have better luck trying to mine all your own resources, build a rocket, fly to another solar system, create life + civilisation on another planet and setting up your own government website

Sir Keir Starmer’s government…

I believe Sir Keir Starmer’s government is awful.The betrayal off the UK with the Government running to Europe and the EU is disgraceful.How would they have done A) a deal with America, India etcB) Assisted Ukraine so much- without Brexit and EU interference.I fully believe The Government have totally been unfaithful to the UK .There is no way they will get a vote from me ever.

Do not use CMA whistle blowers

COMPETITION AND MARKETS AUTHORITY. Do not trust CMA Whistle blowers it could be the Biggest Mistake of your life.Do not use these people, they dangerously make a mockery of your private information .My data which included Name, Address, Phone numbers, Email Address, and medical Conditions were banded about the CMA Until it was finally handed to General Enquiries to answer.Then they passed all my information to AI Trixxy to fob me off.!!!!So this is what AI is used for. A great use for new technology.I requested my DSAR on many occasions to the CMA and to Sarah Cardell the Authorities CEO they will not reply to my requests..Do not use CMA Whistle Blowers.This is the CMA PolicyIf you have provided your contact details, a member of our Specialist Intelligence Unit will contact you to discuss the matter raised in your email and the next steps.We will endeavour to treat the information we receive in confidence. This is a Joke!!My complaint as far as I am concerned is still on going. The CMA have not answered my concerns.

British Gas was my gas and electricity…

British Gas was my gas and electricity supplier in 2023. After I moved out of the apartment. I settled them and closed the account.Till date, Experian still informed me last week that I am owing this company. Hence, since the last time I closed my account, they have been affecting my credit score. This is very bad and it’s so unfortunate that they are unreachable.2023 to 2025 (very sad)

Link, link, link; round and round in endless circles; headings, sub-headings, sub-sub headings; bold, underline, bold AND underlined - then back to where you started or an apologetic message denying access for some reason, probably because of a stray cookie. This is our UK government website and it seems to be designed by someone with no sense of style, layout or user experience. Considering what must have been spent on it, I think it's an awful site and a national embarrassment. I dread using it for any reason at all.

Applied for Electronic Travel Authorisation, leaked our personal information

A relative applied for an ETA, because they were going to visit soon.Ever since the day after it was accepted, they've been getting scam phone calls on their private non-UK number, from UK numbers. This has not happened before, is not a coincidence, and the device that was used to apply was secure.Appalling and disgusting, you cannot be trusted with personal information. Someone working for you is selling it on.

Can't accommodate to answer the phones for consumer travel concerns after two hours of parent being on the phone thanks now I get to potentially miss our vacation because I can't confirm if my ETA.Gov valid I did other source under your name no choice app refuses camera to apply photo ID the only applicable method the other phones were tested on it didn't suffice so now we know its your app since launch my mom did it for hers recent app is never configured I know as I can't recommend being a resident if you prefer to half ass consumers thanks for time spent acting as illegals.

POP telecom

POP telecomMy father passed away and I closed the present broad band account which the contract had ended to find a cheaper alternative.Found POP telecom on comparethemarket. Filled in info.The following day my phone was continuously ringing which when I googled it showed it maybe a scam.I got an email from the same number to show it was POP telecom so I rang back.The chap said that the cooper connection to the property is disconnected and offered full fibre for more, and this would take 10 days to install. I said that’s no good I need it now for CCTV protection of the property. The sale guy said what ever broad band you have it will take 10 days.I said I only wanted a cheaper service on the cooper cable it was on. He insisted it would take 10 days and even reduced the price. Common sense is an invaluable tool, I said the last provider was happy to continue for another few months.So this means the cooper was not physically cut through and it was a few taps on the computer keyboard to reconnect my service. So I felt all he wanted was his commission, no compassion for my father’s passing and the lies.
