After numerous emails, and offers to give me a reduced price on future orders or a discount on this one - They did agree to give me a refund if I sent the items back - TO CHINA (despite appearing that the shop is in NYC) and they “strongly encourage” paying extra for tracking to ensure it got there. I’m in the process of having my credit card company pursue them.
This is a big bate and switch operation. All of theirwebsite verbiage refers to stores in New York, with shipping using UPS. However, the package I received was from China, using a shipper called GOFO. The fabric of the dresses I received look NOTHING like thefabric in the website photos. The fabric is cheap and shiny with none of the texture apparent in the website photos. Grace & Jax clearly practices fraudulent marketing. Their email address is "@trevligborg.reamaze.com."
