Review Time
BEWARE! I sent a phone to them in early December. I received an email on December 15 saying they had received it. On January 13, they sent me someone else's phone with no explanation as to why. I emailed and asked what was going on and Eli responded on January 14 saying there was a family emergency and he would be out of town a few days and would resolve things as soon as he returned. Since that time I have emailed multiple times and have called and left several messages with no response. It has now been well over two months with no payment!! I hope they read this and take care of it. If you are considering sending a phone to them, just don't. They are completely unresponsive!!

I shipped 20 phones after receiving a quoted offer of $1,400. Once the phones arrived, I was informed via email that they could not be accepted and would be returned. Since then, I have emailed them four times over the past week requesting an update and a return tracking number, but I have received no response. If they do reply and return my phones, I will update this review accordingly.
Well I sent my phone on maybe December 20th, and the packaging process was fast and easy, but I haven't heard any updates on whether or not they've received it. ive tried emailing and no one has gotten back to me. Once they respond to my emails, and once I've received my payment, then I'll change the review accordingly.
Update: Customer service is working to help me with my order. I appreciate their quick response and will update my review once everything is done.Site does not work properly. Cannot place orders. I will update my review if someone can reach out to me. I really look forward to doing business!
