This is our second move with Grays, and once more they excelled themselves. Moving house is super stressful, and it’s an ending and a beginning too so it’s emotional - but the team handled it all (and us!) with amazing patience, respect and generosity. They are also great people to talk to, and that was a big part of the day for us. They are absolutely superb, and I cannot recommend them too highly.
The team from Grays Removals were absolutely lovely and did a terrific job. They were so professional and worked so hard, getting the job done quickly and efficiently - I couldn't have asked for a better team. They were even able to take apart my ikea sofa bed and put it back together with no hassle, which I could never have done on my own! I definitely recommend them to anyone and I'm enormously grateful to them for making moving house such a pain free experience.
I’ve had the pleasure of using Grays a couple of times in recent years with this months moves from two separate locations to a single new house being the most recent.I can’t speak highly enough about them. It’s a pleasure to deal with a small family owned business that truly believes in their reputation being based on their service. Great communication, friendly and attentive staff at all levels and stages from booking through prep to final delivery. They made a stressful process a little less stressful and would be disappointed if I couldn’t use them in the future.
The guys did a very professional job moving us to our new home. From the first day of the initial quote to removal day they were all so incredibily helpful ( people in the office and loaders and drivers ) , reassuring and totally professional .
