This company made what is considered to be one of the most stressful things in life astonishingly easy. In just a few hours our old home was completely emptied and everything was installed into our new home - and that includes a 45 min drive!The service was incredible, all the guys very friendly - nothing was too much and we didn’t have to lift a finger! Cannot recommend them enough.
Moving is never fun, but Grays makes it a fantastic, stress-free experience. I truly mean it when I say Grays saved our life. Not only did they pack up all of our things, they also moved them out of a 5 story walk up, and into our new home across town. They disassembled and reassembled all the furniture with care and were thoughtful and patient with us as we decided where to put it in our new home. The team always had smiles on their faces and never complained - they're clearly treated very well by the company. The family that owns the company was also there working hard. I loved supporting a family owned business full of kind, hardworking people with a friendly team. Small shout out to Tricia who organized the day for us - she's a legend! Without a doubt, I highly recommend using this company for your packing and moving needs - they're the BEST!

We have moved, 18 times, by car,van, removals, including self and removal packaged.Grays filled 2 lorries with everything packed over 2 days. They packed over 100 boxes and there were no breakages. They had to remove the doors and ice and water system from my American fridge freezer, it was put back together with no problems. The crew were at all times, polite, professional and experts at removal. Their quote was very competitive and having seen their outstanding achievement was if anything under priced.
