This family run firm have moved me twice. Once across London and once relocated across country! Both times they made moving so easy and were professional, thorough, and left me feeling at ease during what could be a stressful move! No stress with Grays involved I couldn’t recommend them more highly!! Providing, packaging and packing to deconstruction and reconstruction of furniture. This extremely friendly and helpful firm made both moves a dream!

We couldn't have asked for a better removal team than those who turned up to move us from Essex to Suffolk. Robert, Steve, Paul and Jack were very professional but also friendly and cheerful, Paul even gave us some ideas where we could place a couple of appliances,which we have done, They made what could potentially be a very stressful time easier to deal with. Trisha in the Office should also be given a mention, very helpful and empathetic lady. Would certainly recommend this company to others.
These guys are just brilliant! Tricia was so so helpful in working out a way to collect and store our possessions and made the process a lot less stressful.On the day, the men arrived promptly and were super efficient. From start to finish Grays Removals proved themselves to be an extremely professional firm. They came and provided a quote & advice shortly after I called them. On the day of the move they arrived on time, took great care with my furniture and were gone within a few hours - great job all round, would strongly recommend them
