Despite numerous emails that I have sent inquiring about the status of my refund, it has not been issued to me, and there has been a lack of communication from your end which has been frustrating.As a customer, I believe it is my right to receive a refund for services that were not rendered as expected. I have followed all the required procedures and provided all necessary information in order to receive my refund. However, it has been several weeks since I first requested a refund and I have yet to receive any response from your company.I have been patient and understanding throughout this process, but the lack of communication and delay in processing my refund has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I have attempted to contact your company through various channels, but my efforts have been met with silence.I would appreciate it if you could take immediate action to address this issue and provide me with an update on the status of my refund. I believe that it is unacceptable to treat customers in this manner and I hope that you will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation as soon as possible.I would like to remind you that timely communication and prompt action are crucial for maintaining a good relationship with customers. I look forward to hearing back from you with a satisfactory resolution to this matter.
Just money minded ! Would not give single information unless u pay them . Pathetic customer service ! One of there reps. Your Rep called me and tells me that he had given me all the information in July 22 and was not ready to give any further information telling me that I can call them when I am serious . It’s good that I never went with Great North Visa ! This shows their class.

Scammers. They’ll ask for a lot of money really quickly and once you stop giving they’ll just stop answer. I want my money back, I’ve tried to reach you for months and I still have no answers. The only place where they’re responding is here so they can try to save their image. I won’t stop asking for you to call me back so you better reach me!
