I had a really great experience using Great North Visa, my work schedule is very busy and moves me around a lot so having someone do all of the work and update me along the way was very helpful. Ken was fantastic and really friendly.

To put it into a short story and the best way I can explain it I got rejected for a Canada working holiday so in my panic I was told to act quickly and contacted great north visa so they were able to help me but to my luck after an hour of paying £1000 I then got accepted. So of course straight away I told them but after a frustrating week they said I only get 50% back even though they did nothing for me and to use for a future visa which I will never use but this didn't matter to them and I was rather forced into. But what is really annoying me is that 6 weeks on when they are supposed to of paid me back £500 they havent and are not responding to me especially in ways I asked them to for example via email. They then for some reason rang my partner explaining I gave permission (which I didnt) to give her my money I mean what if we had broke up in that time of course someone would accept this money. She definitely isn't like that and of course still together but my point is they made up a lie and yet still haven't given her the money after the 48 hours they said theyd put it in so I'm left feeling scammed out of £1000 for no service and being ignored. Real professional!! Never use them is my adviseAs this is now the only way I can contact them after waiting over a week for a call or even a email can you please call me back after 5pm uk time on the number you have for me as you say you know my account is being processed

Great north visa have been incroyable every step of the way! Ken was in charge of our application and we couldn’t have asked for a more attentive, patient and professional person helping us and our questions were always answered very quickly ! ( considering the time difference between our two countries) We thank all of the team Great North Visa ansd we can finally say for sure Canada watch out! Here we come :D

I have already written about how I’ve been defrauded almost $6000 by great North Visa. I ended the program when I realize it was a scam. They offered to pay a refund of $1000 and that I needed to wait 45 working days before the money would be paid to be. The 45 working days just passed last Wednesday,22June 2022 and as I write this review, that have not paid this refund. I have written to one Hannah Foster who is supposed to be at the Human Resource department of Great North Visa and she has written saying the finance department are working on it. I feel like a fool since I’ve tried calling them just to pay the little $1000 out of the $6000 I paid to them. I have reported the issue to the Swedish Police and they are looking into it.I would want this refund paid ASAP because I am really loosing my mind as I cannot fathom how people could be this cruel in defrauding others. Be very careful because these are professional fraudsters.

Can I give 6 stars ?

I could not recommend great north visa enough!! Despite doing the process throughout Covid-19 times and feeling very uncertain, the wonderful Ken was always at the end of the phone to to reassure me there was a light at the end of the Tunnel. The process for me was long ( because of Covid-19) but you have to trust the process. Great North Visa do all the work which suited me perfect as I am a workaholic and would of struggled fo allocate the time if I were to do the process alone, Ken would send me on documents I needed to complete which saved me a lot of stress. I am headed to Vancouver in July, I would not be only for Ken in Great North Visa! When I started my research the very first thing I did was read reviews on different visa company’s, naturally as a human being you are going to be weary of scams, the reviews on great north visa stood out to me. Ken was always so positive and upbeat and always at the end of the phone as at times I was very anxious about the status of my visa application due to Covid -19.
