Always got back with an email or phone call in a matter of days if it was really important a matter of hours. They had great information that was easy to follow for more complicated tasks, if I didn’t have the correct software I could send them my information and they would apply it for me. My experience with great north visa was nothing short of a dream. They made everything simple and stress free.
I landed on a very bumpy road with this company and have been trying to get my visa for one whole year.The reason it took so long is that all information is being sent via E-Mail and all situations are talked about on the phone which makes planning and understanding the situation very complicated. But anyone who likes to sit back and let the company do all the planning can also do it for a a speck of the price at their local Embassy.Of course, my situation was fairly rear, I have learned never to try to get my Visa from any other company but the state official embassy.I know everyone from the GNV immigration group is trying to do their best, and they are doing their job quite well but to my liking, it is too much money for too small of a job.I am very sorry to have to say this like this but in my case, it is true.And sometimes U need a bad review to realize the reality of your mistakes to straighten the wrinkles.GNV U OW ME LoadsKind regards, Fritz
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by Great North Visa. I had initially paid for a visa evaluation process and submitted a request for a full refund after I changed my mind. However, despite numerous attempts to contact the company through emails and phone calls, I have received no response from them.I did not sign any contract with Great North Visa and no evaluation process was done. I did not even submit any documents for the evaluation, as the process had not even begun. Therefore, I believe that I am entitled to a full refund of the money I paid upfront.It is highly unprofessional of Great North Visa to ignore my requests for a refund and to avoid any form of communication with me. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive prompt and efficient service.I request that you take immediate action to resolve this matter and ensure that I receive a full refund as soon as possible. I hope that you will take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to prevent similar incidents from happening to other customers in the future.After leaving complaint here, the company still have not responded to my calls. Only posted a message here to pretend that they are doing something.It has been more than 24h.
