From initial enquiry to installation took less than three weeks. GEG arranged all of the advance permissions, and the installation would have been completed in a single day, except that the engineer found some unusual ducting underneath our house. This necessitated a change in plans and the installation of a different battery, but everything was still completed by lunchtime on the next day. Follow up care from Arlene and Laura has also been excellent
Sales person seemed so genuine but now have doubts.Booked through Octopus who gave a price and 0% interest option. similar price offered by sales person but said this was a one week offer. Red flag.I asked about 0% finance , said that was just for octopus customers in england.Actually says 0% on thier own website. ...hmmmmmmm

Brilliant, from start to finish! We recently got 12 solar panels and a battery on our home in Ayrshire. Munro came round for the consultation after we received online bespoke plans for what we were thinking. He helped walk through all of our options, including the funding options available. The install day went great, and the scaffolding, roof, and electrician teams were quick, clean and tidy. The install only took one day which was very speedy! The aftercare was great, and everyone we spoke to helped with other questions we had as the paperwork after completion came through. We are now set up on all the right tariffs to benefit from our panels, and feed in excess energy to the grid. Finally, Laura phoned to check over the whole process, and we were glad to share our very positive experience. We would definitely recommend!

I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a company as rude as greener energy. Service engineer doesn’t turn up so I called to see what’s happening. Apparently they tried to call however there is no record of missed calls or even a voice message. That just the tip of the ice berg. We’ve got leaking radiators and we’re still repairing damage from installation. I wish we had done more research and chosen another company. As an update to my review. I received a call from the company concerned about the level of service we had received. I spoke to Tony who went away and investigated what had happened. He worked really hard to rectify the issue and by early evening he had. I’m very pleased with response and with the way he dealt with it.
