I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a company as rude as greener energy. Service engineer doesn’t turn up so I called to see what’s happening. Apparently they tried to call however there is no record of missed calls or even a voice message. That just the tip of the ice berg. We’ve got leaking radiators and we’re still repairing damage from installation. I wish we had done more research and chosen another company. As an update to my review. I received a call from the company concerned about the level of service we had received. I spoke to Tony who went away and investigated what had happened. He worked really hard to rectify the issue and by early evening he had. I’m very pleased with response and with the way he dealt with it.
The battery installers did a nice tidy job and it set-up to operate i.e charge/discharge as required. They left me with most information regarding its operation and helped install Duracell apps on my phone. Laura of GE gave me a follow up about a month later and expkained who to call if I had a problem.

After contacting the group, James came and did a survey for a solar panal and battery system.James was very friendly and knowledgeable, answering any questions I had. We recieved the quatation next day, with all parts and specification listed for the fit.The quotation was very competative, but we decided to go with a company closer to our location.Laura followed up after the quotation, asking if there was any further questions of help we needed.My choice on company to use was purely based on using a local company.
