Although my purchase with Greener Energy Group didn’t go through in the end, I still wanted to take a moment to share my experience. From start to finish, the service I received from Laura and Craig was nothing short of excellent. They were professional and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.Craig took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions with patience, and ensured I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Laura followed-up with me after the survey in a way that I didn't feel pressure. Even though things didn’t materialise this time around, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend working with them.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team were professional, efficient, polite and tidy. Laura in the office checked in with us regularly prior to the work being started and post completion to ensure we were happy with our new air source heat pump. We notice a more efficient heating of our house after deciding to change from gas central heating to air source heat pump and would definitely recommend the greener energy company.

I recently asked green energetic group to do an assessment at my flat for the installation of an airsourced heatpump. Laura and Craig did a great job explain a lot of essential details to me, from the requirements for the location of the heatpump to the diameter necessary for the radiator pipes (and if that is an issue in my house or not). I can highly recommend to get such an assessment done, as I learned a lot I have not been aware of about the suitability of my flat. In the end I decided against getting it, but I felt it was a well informed decision. Thank you!

They arranged a home survey at a suitable time and the gentleman who attended was also a pleasure to deal with. We were given a competitive quote for a new gas boiler as ASHP ended up not being suitable for our property. All in all a pleasant experience and we would recommend them to anyone looking to get an idea of what's out there in this area.
