I purchased my footwear to help with my feet and legs. I have been in Hawaii for almost a week and they are not providing the support I expected. They are very uncomfortable on both my feet and my legs while walking. When I return from Hawaii on the 24th of August I plan to return the shoes for a refund.Cheryl

Let me start by saying -- I HATE SHOES

Let me start by saying -- I HATE SHOES! I go barefoot, even at the office, but since I got these, I've been wearing them constantly. They don't hurt my feet, they don't feel like I'm wearing cement, they don't make me sorry that I decided to try a new pair of shoes! I am truly glad I bought these shoes and am giving them a good workout!

They sent the wrong size so I don’t feel I am qualified to give an impartial view. I was unable to return them as I had already thrown out the packaging. Also I am 90 years old and don’t drive anymore.

Worn out in a week 😳😳😳. I have warn them 4 times just to work…

I have warn them 4 times just to work for 5 hours (delivery person) ...there is a rip about half inch long separating the fabric from plastic at the inner back heal. REALLY ???? I CANT TELL YOU HOW MAD I AM ..There's NO RETURN OR REFUND IF You've EVER PUT THE SHOES ON . I thought I research enough and I paid lot more than another barefoot shoe on Amazon ..you were not on Amazon and we're more $. Your web site and add about being strongest bla bla bla ..well guess your advertising worked . You literally sell people a bill of goods . What they are are disintegrating shoes probly won't last more than a week ...yeah that slogan won't get people to buy your SHOES OF LIES

Running without arch support

Not what I had hoped for…

First, I wear a ladies size 9 - all the time. These shoes are a 9-9.5. Unfortunately my toes are touching the ends. Second, I don’t find them very comfortable at all. I might as well go barefoot. I would not purchase these again.

Shoes are a new experience

I called them the day after the shoes arrived as after wearing them around the house, I didn't think they were meeting my expectations. I called to do a return and the service person offered me a 25% return on the cost of my shoes as an option to full return. I found this odd and then since I paid 1/2 price to purchase them on introductory offer, I told him I would accept 50% return instead of the hassle of sending them back. I decided to keep them for the price and have been wearing them around the house to see if I change my mind. So far, more positive than not. However, great retail companies have a great return policy all worked out, ie; Amazon and these folks need to get on board if they want to become great. Time will tell if a person who wears arch supports can adjust to the barefoot style shoes.
