Women’s sizes not accurate. When I called to exchange sizes, I was told I would have to pay to send the wrong size back before they would do an exchange. The website said seamless size exchanges but did not say we’d have to pay. Very misleading. I’m just going to donate the wrong size and call it a lesson learned. I’m very disappointed and will not purchase from this company again. Save yourself the aggravation and go with a more reputable brand.
The more I wear these shoes, the more comfortable they feel. One problem is I may have gotten the wrong size, a few years ago I had my feet measured at a shoe store and my right foot was a 9.5 and my left foot was a 9, so I ordered the 9-9.5 pair. But my right foot seems to be pushing at the toe of the shoe.
I had knee replacement on my both legs six months apart. Surgery went perfect and enjoy walking and exercising again but was worried about my shoes. I got these wonderful shoes only a few days ago but I am so happy walking on clouds. These are the most amazing shoes ever I had. Going in vacation this week there is no time to get another pair but as soon as I get back I will get another pair. I have neuropathy and damage from wearing high heels all of my professional life, and so I have constant foot pain. Wearing any shoe was painful and then I found Grounded Footwear. While I wear them, for the first time, I don't notice my feet or my shoes. The company is excellent, and my teenage granddaughter told me my shoes were cute!
