needed to return because they didnt work for me and my husband , and the ad said 100% money back gtd if not satisfied. I am trying to return and I'm getting the offer of 15% off rather than a refund , for shoes I can't wear. This is what the foreign companies do. The ad I purchased off of , said they were made here in the states. I was also told when the 15% off was offered that return shipping is on me. I still haven't received a return label.
I really like my Grounded Footware. I use them for houseshoes. I have hard wood floors and carpet: the shoes float over them with no grabbing. In addition, they are easy to take on and off. I could also wear them with socks with no problems. I would buy them again.
The company is giving great customer service! I had already purchased a pair of the shoes which I absolutely loved and have worn and worn for months. I have been amazed at how well they have stood up to the wear that I have given them, how light and comfortable they are. I loved them so much that I wanted to get a pair in a different color. Their customer service people helped me find the right ones for me that I could afford to buy. I am so happy with this new purchase and so grateful to customer service people for their help.
I’ve been walking over 5 miles per day for 5 days per week in the morning for several years. I’ve used all types and brands of shoes. None of the previous shoes I’ve used measure up to these. I’ve been using these shoes for 2 weeks now. The 1st week my leg muscles felt strained and sore. The 2nd week my legs felt normal and stronger. These shoes force me to use parts of my leg muscles that I’ve not used for a long time if ever. These shoes truly feel like I’m walking bare foot and grounded. I highly recommend these shoes.
