Quick shipping and great communication. The shoes, not what I was expecting forsure. They do not have much arch, much padding on the insole, more like a water sock then a shoe. The bottom is fairly narrow so the foot somewhat sticks over the edge making it feel uncomfortable for me. My husband has a very high arch and very very wide foot, he likes the top of the shoe, but also has the same issue that I do with the sole and the arch. wish the description would have been a bit clearer on the actual show. For a better idea of what I am talking about, it is like having a Narrow width sandle size and your foot is an extra wide. have plenty of foot hanging over the edges of the sole
It’s on me that I didn’t check honest reviews before I placed my order, but did right after I ordered, so immediately cancelled my order, so when I didn’t receive my order, I trusted my order was truly canceled, but waiting on my bank for confirmation of cancellation. While the delivery wasn't amazon speed, it was timely enough! This is my 2nd pair of these shoes. My husband tried a different brand (and I did too). These are the most comfortable shoes for us both. We mostly go on walks with these shoes and we couldn't be more satisfied with them. We will order these again and again as long as they don't change the "recipe".
