THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND AI (their so called customer service) WILL NOT EVEN TALK TO YOU

Fine print changed after purchase shorting the expiry date but only changed the date in the fine print not at the top. So I have a voucher that clearly shows expiry 20/09/2025 when looking at the voucher too bad the business is no longer trading. So be warned what you buy and agree to when purchasing can be changed to favour Groupon walking away with your money. SCAMMERS

Bought a coupon from a company that shared the exact same name as the one I was googling when the groupon ad showed up. Turns out it was a different company. The company on groupon said I could get a refund but groupon wouldn't do it

Nice lady done the glycol peel for me. Adding on sale happened but with no pushing on it when I have been asked about the hydrating mask after the peel. Gave me lovely advice paying attention to my budget when I asked her about the dark spots on my face and the belly fat. I loved the experience. Definitely, I am coming back.

I had a teeth whitening service…

I had a teeth whitening service performed yesterday which I would like to complain about and get a refund. This teeth whitening service was sold as a professional service but it was far from professional. This is for two reasons Number one it was dangerous and not safe, This is because a mouthguard was shoved into my mouth and gel was applied to my teeth without having any kind of teeth guards to hold the gel in place and so throughout the service the bleach slit down my throat which is ingesting dangerous chemicals. Secondly the strength of the peroxide used was 12% carbonyl peroxide, this is an incredibly weak peroxide, available for people to use at home themselves, in fact 18% carbide peroxide is permitable to be used safely at home. At home is not where I was I was expecting a professional service with professional strength bleach. Consequently the service did absolutely nothing for my teeth and did not change the color or whiten them in anyway. I'm seeking a refund because of the lack of professionalism the danger are I was put in with chemicals slipping down my throat and the fact that the service didn't actually work. Groupon's response... We don't give refunds after a voucher is used. No care for the health and safety concerns or consumer law.

WHERE IS THE GROUPON HELP EMAIL?

I have been trying to contact a member of groupon for days now. I keep getting sent in an endless loop of pages, NOT A SINGLE ONE has a simple straightforward email or phone number that I can call to raise a complaint of a clear and obvious scam on their website that they are openly promoting. I purchased a microsoft product from their website, product key has been shared with multiple people now mine does not work and i cannot access any of my files for work or studying. Groupon have ZERO contingencies in place to facilitate me raising this concern and are happy to take people's money despite them promoting an active scam. Disgusting and they should be utterly shamed of themselves.

‼️ BEWARE OF GROUPON SPA DEALS ‼️Terrible experience with both Groupon and Bannatyne Health Club. The vouchers were falsely advertised as redeemable at certain locations, including Colchester, only for us to find out after purchase that this wasn’t true.Every step of the way, both companies were unhelpful, evasive, and slow to respond. Despite providing clear evidence of misrepresentation, neither took any responsibility or offered a meaningful resolution.In the middle of the dispute, they even secretly acknowledged their wrongdoing by altering the receipts in the URL links to not showcase this location anymore. Luckily we had hard copies at the time of the purchase to call out the sneaky behaviour.Fortunately, our bank intervened and refunded the payment, but it should never have come to that.Groupon and Bannatyne are quick to take your money, but not to fix their mistakes. Save yourself the frustration and spend your time and money with a company that actually values its customers.
