Purchased a digital product that was made to appear to be genuine, only to it was a pirated version of the product that is also unusable due to cybersecurity concerns. Shocked this product could be available on Groupon

Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus Lifetime Purchase

After purchase I have been unable to use and upon contacting the email support was simply repeatedly told that it was sent to my email . I was offered no additional advice or assistance. The staff named Jack Harris was rude.

CRAP

crap, Indian chef in an Italian restaurant, hopeless. $48 steak was frozen and cooked so it was burnt and tasteless. more fat than steak. who puts bum end of tomato on buschetta,???? tasteless, ravaoli not cooked. the beer was good, cos came in a bottle, so in future if you walk into a restaurant and its 80% empty, run away theres a reason CRAP

Much cheaper than buying from Microsoft

I bought Microsoft Office 2024 from Groupon and had a very good experience. Price was much cheaper than from Microsoft website and no annual subscription needed! It would be helpful if the offers could be grouped by category, location etc so it's easier to browse the offers.

So many things went wrong with our…

So many things went wrong with our booking from start to finish.1. I booked a 12 seater van at the Greenwood office. To be told it was booked at the Welshpool office. Luckily I personally checked before trip commenced otherwise this would have delayed the start of our trip.2. Not told of $1000 bond.3. Signed Contract not emailed through as promised.4. Child anchor points not found. Couldn’t get through to office to find them. Hence, we then had to take separate vehicles after journey commenced to pick family up who were to travel in the bus.4. No manual in hired vehicle to find them.5. No manual meant we couldn’t find release latch to fuel tank to refuel. Luckily we found someone who did.6. Over charged on kilometres that weren’t used on the trip by mistake and funds taken out the account without email or notice.Overall, very disappointed.

Never use Groupon

Never use Groupon. Yes, you can make a good deal. However, when you have dispute with merchant, they can help you nothing. The merchant said, "you need to ask Groupon for refund, it is not our business". When you ask Groupon, they said, " please deal with the merchant. It's merchant's decision".
