Instead of 60 minutes, the appointment only lasted 45 minutes. During the full-body massage, the head, hands, feet, stomach, and chest were not massaged. Due to an error in the appointment booking, an alternative room with distracting conversations had to be used.

Very poor customer service

I bought a Hifu treatment with a local clinic. The treatment I received was poor, the therapist did not even remove my makeup or use ultrasound gel. Wasted £100, Groupon was not helpful at all.Be careful of the treatments you buy for there are many rogues out there and Groupon does not guarantee the quality of the treatment you recive

After falling for a fraud who sold faulty products, the groupon support did nothing else than shrugging it off.Hours wasted on emails with the vendor and the groupon support, yet no refund in sight yet, but the faulty product is still on sale.
