I would like my refund for a service I have not received. I have waited three months over the date I was due to have received it by. Customer Service are enjoying goading me. I would never recommend Groupon to anyone as they do not reimburse people when they cannot get what they pay for.UPDATE 6/02/24Sunil, I have been in contact with the service department for FOUR MONTHS. NO ONE IS GIVING ME A REFUND. EXPLAIN ON HERE WHY NOT?

You once cancelled a show and I had to miss it. Now I accidentally bought a show and saw 2 minuites later it was an error and you said sorry, no refund or rebate - now I paid for four tickets for Lion King which were empty for the show! Not helpful in solving problems . Had a massage groupon coupon booked - while the appointment booked got cancelled 24h beforehand , which happened a few times - I just wanted to return the groupon deal , spoke to the assistance which solely said they could not assist as the booking time was already well before and just possible to return inner 1-2 weeks time after buying. Told them my story but not helpful at all . In the end I just gave up . So groupon is good as long everything works well, but in case help needed no support , no understanding - just robots on the other end it feels .
I bought a Gutschein for 2 Tickets for the Ehrlich Brothers Show in Düsseldorf. Date of Buying: 19.01.2024 21:12; Date of Performance: 21.01.2024 17:30. But the Gutschein should have been changed to Tickets for the show until 19.01.2024 10:00.
