I paid under Groupon label the Adobe Acrobat Pro 2024 desktop software, for 157€. They never delivered the link nor the licence code. I even intervened via Paypal because I was distrusting Groupon a bit. Groupon rejected nevertheless the payback of the amount but didn't send code and license. I have been trying to get the software from Jan 29 until Mar 30, 2026, but never got it. They didn't react to my questions at all. Very bad experience, not recommendable at all, will never buy s.th. there again.

Ordering an Office-licence for Mac ended in purchasing 2 licences which I cannot install on my Macs. No response from the retailer even though I haven't used the licences. Overall too complicated, too intransparent. I will not again buy via Groupon.
Groupons does everything it can to prevent you from receiving an invoice. With Amazon, you receive an invoice even though Amazon only acts as an intermediary. Groupon generally keeps a low profile and refers you to the seller with a Gmail address. This results in email communication. It's been a month since I placed my order and I still haven't received an invoice for €216. If I never receive an invoice, how am I supposed to enforce warranty claims in the event of damage?
I bought a licence from Groupon - the reseller was Technivision Germany. It product I purchased MS Office 2024 for the MAC works well. I this advised my daughter to purchase a licence for MS Office for her new Windows 11 laptop. She purchased it from the reseller keyupnow We could not validate the key with MS and after 30 days it stopped working.
