This is the company which helping people with their mental health. The specialists are prepared but the one who helped me didn't know much about coaching which I was interested in. There are good specialists in solving problems with addictions. I wasn't happy about the service and after long mailing the company gave the money back.

My Groupon was marked by the staff as having been redeemed IMMEDIATELY. I purchased 3 hydrogen facial cleansing treatments. When I arrived for my appointment, I was given a form to fill out, followed by a consultation of my face and the gentleman on staff said he would not undertake the treatment. Later he talked about the available equipment in the office, which has the value of a new apartment in Gdansk. He wanted to raise the prestige of the office by suggesting that it was not a suitable place for consumers with a groupon. I lost 250 zloty, because despite phone calls and text messages, they did not respond and did not send information to Groupon customer service that the service had not been provided. I lost my money, and the people working in this office are SURPRISERS!

this is fraud

I was scammed by the service provider and Groupon does not want to help me from being exposed to another scam. I was treated very badly during a treatment I bought on Groupon. I want to cancel my next Groupon and get a refund.

BIG SWINDLE

It is one big joke and the customer does not have any rights. I bought online course and it was big lie. Groupon does not want to back my money back. After 1 month still no money, only bot chatting.
