Pretty disappointed

Pretty disappointed. Tried to up date my policy a number of times and it didn’t work. Contacted grove & dean and got the staff to update it - but it didn’t, tried again before re-newing and it’s still not right! And charger £55 for the admin 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦‍♂️
