Ollie Webb and his Team in the Barnstaple office were absolutely outstanding throughout the process. I went to GTH, with a deadline, and they’re advice on pricing, the photos, negotiations and communication were superb throughout, I cannot speak highly enough of how simple they made a potentially stressful time for me.
We are SSTC so yet to complete our sale but from the start the Ivybridge team have communicated clearly and consistently, keeping us informed. They have been attentive to our questions and quick to respond. Their knowledge and advice has been helpful, and feel we are in good hands. The worst agent I have ever had to deal with. I expressed an interest in viewing a property by message and e-mail, not one return phone call and not one return message. Would I use them for the sale of my property - most certainly not!
