I placed order #137933 on January 23. Today it’s almost a month later and the package is still “in transit” with zero meaningful update. No clarification. No proactive communication. Nothing.

This is now my fifth email, including a new support ticket. No reply. Not even a basic acknowledgment. For a company selling shoes at over €200, this level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

You position yourselves as a premium brand. Premium pricing. Premium marketing. But the moment there’s a transport issue, customer support completely disappears. That’s not premium. That’s careless.

I’ve ordered from multiple other sites recently. Delivered within 48 hours. No drama. No silence. Here, I’m left chasing a company that doesn’t even seem to have a functioning support team.

Selling expensive products comes with responsibility. Ignoring customers for weeks is simply not serious.

I will not order again. And I strongly recommend future buyers think twice before spending their money here.

Submitted a return request over a week ago still haven’t heard back absolute joke, if the shoe doesn’t fit why am I asking you for the permission to return it, a return label should be included to speed up the process, I’m having to check my email daily to see if they can be bothered to reply, wouldn’t suggest buying anything unless you are sure you’ll be keeping your item

The most disappointing online shopping experience I've had.

This is the most disappointing online shopping experience I've encountered. I purchased shoes on sale, not realizing that during this particular period, returns would only yield a gift card. While processing the return, the system allowed me to select a refund to my original payment method, which I chose. I later discovered this was not an option. As a result, I've essentially lost €120, as I have no intention of shopping with this platform again, rendering the gift card worthless. Additionally, I reordered the same shoes in a different size three weeks ago, and they have yet to arrive. I haven't received any confirmation, update, or explanation at all. Incredibly misleading, poor communication, and unacceptable service. I would highly recommend that others avoid this platform.

Order placed on November 19th with no customer service response!

I placed an order on November 19th and have yet to hear from customer service! The delivery information hasn't changed in days, and I can't reach anyone for updates! More than €250 wasted with no chance of receiving my son's Christmas gift.

Visually appealing but uncomfortable

I must admit, the shoes are visually appealing and I understand their popularity. However, they are quite uncomfortable. After just 30 minutes, my feet began to ache. I attempted to return them only to discover their unclear return policy states that items bought on sale are not eligible for refunds. This feels absurd, especially since everything was on sale at the time of my purchase, and seems to violate my consumer rights. I am currently in the middle of a dispute with my bank and sincerely hope to recover my £400.

I won't shop here again

This is the worst store to shop from. I purchased shoes that didn't fit, and despite paying for shipping, they refuse to refund me due to my payment method. I spent a total of €150 and ended up with neither the shoes nor my money back.

Avoid this company!

Avoid this company at all costs! I should have read the reviews first. They only offer credit refunds, and the quality is subpar. Under consumer rights, I am entitled to a refund due to the poor quality of the products. They rely on AI for customer support, which is unhelpful. These shoes are worth no more than £20!

My order never arrived. I emailed customer service multiple times without a response. I even reached out via social media, and they blocked me! It's been a frustrating experience, and I feel scammed. This company should be held accountable.

Never ordering again

I placed an order on November 23rd and still haven't received my shoes! The website claims 1-2 day delivery but charges for it. I've emailed twice with no reply and there's no contact number available. I'm unsure if I'll ever see my shoes. Thankfully, I paid through a payment service and have reported this issue. Very disappointed as this was a special birthday gift.
