Amazing quality each abaya came with the scarf each order arrived safely and prices were reasonable. I will say the only thing ai was unsatisfied about was the delay in delivery. It is advertised that delivery will be 5-6 business days but its took a few weeks. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and interested in buying more bulk.
I did place an order this Ramadan for clothes to sell for Eid (2025) and it arrived right on time, the materials were very good, outfits were exactly what I ordered. Very professional and quick to respond to any questions I had no matter when I send it. Will place another order soon for sure.
BEWARE SCAMMERS UPDATE!SoI placed a bulk order with them in Feb 2024..It is December 2024 and still haven't received anything. I went to their address and the shop and whole building does NOT exist...they have fake pics of products..my order online still says pending..I've spoken to multiple people who just give you the run around and eventually stop answering your messages ...they get you to pay and keep giving you the run around until the period for you to get your money back expires.No on in Dubai knows this business and it's all FAKE!!! The good reviews are fake...they have many numbers,emails, and accounts. These people are a scam group. I filed a complaint with Dubai police and they are tracing the owner of the bank account...PLEASE BEWARE AND GIVE YOUR MONEY TO A REAL COMPANY NOT A SCAM GROUP!
The only way you will not get scammed by these is to pay through PayPal and when you see signs that they are sending the items and are lying open up a claim. The only thing that saved me from losing thousands of pounds was that I paid through PayPal and opened up a complain after two months of still waiting and being lied to. YES DO NO PURCHASE FROM THEM. ESPECIALLY FROM ABROAD THEY WILL SCAM YOU AFTER THE FIRST ORDER.
I’ve placed an order with them and was given a turnaround time of 15-18 days. It’s now been over 2 months and I’m still being told that my order will ship this week. Everyday is a different excuse. Once they have your money you will wait forever to receive your items.
My Wife paid them $674 in April 2024. After paying, they claim to have made a mistake with the quote and requested more money. She asked for a refund and they continue to give excuses. 10 Months later and they just don’t reply any longer, claiming they need to speak to the manager
