This gym is amazing value for MONEY!!! NO having to pay £30+ for a pt to change my programme everytime my body gets used to the exercises, love the variety of programs and how much the staff interact with you. Feels more like a little community I see some of the ladies on the gym 3 times a week so have created new friendships. Encouraging all the time about achieving results what ever they maybe. A great social aspect aswell as the gym arranges different events through the year... Love the holistic approach to life it's not just about having a workout here
