Review Time
I'm very disappointed with my purchase. The rug has deep creases which won't come out as they are too embedded. To return the rug i have to pay for postage which seems very unfair due to the bad quality of the rug i was sold. It definitely does not look like the picture on the website.
I ordered two rugs and a nonslip underlay at the end of October. I was notified of a delay until January 15th, which I accepted since it was still within my time frame. However, today I was informed that it would take an additional 11-14 days for arrival, which was too late for me. I called to request a refund, and the process was completed in under 30 minutes, so I was very satisfied with the communication and customer service.
