Deep Regret Over Purchase

I regret purchasing this refrigerator for a significant amount of money, expecting reliability. However, after only a couple of years, it began malfunctioning: the freezer alarm constantly beeps, and the temperature indicators flash endlessly, driving my family and me crazy. I reached out to the support team in hopes of assistance, but the experience was appalling. Instead of receiving help, I was met with endless bureaucracy, asked for old receipts, and told to make phone calls despite my inability to do so. Their final message was that there was no alternative route for assistance. Essentially, I received no help at all. I am extremely disappointed, frustrated, and angry. For such a price, I expected reliability and proper support—not to be left with a malfunctioning appliance and no solutions. I deeply regret this purchase and cannot recommend their products. When issues arise, you are left entirely on your own.

Unpleasant Experience with AC Purchase

I bought a split AC from a local seller, and the salesperson agreed to all terms and pricing. However, after installation, I received a bill significantly higher than what was agreed upon. The technician who installed the AC appeared unprofessional and brought someone unrelated to the company to assist. The technician has received his commission but is not addressing my complaint and keeps providing various excuses. I strongly advise against purchasing AC units from this company or the local seller, even if they offer a good discount. They are deceiving customers and selling subpar products.

Two Months of Service Failures

This has been the worst service experience I've ever encountered. My washing machine has been non-functional for nearly two months. The assigned service center has repeatedly delayed visits, sent careless technicians, and failed to resolve the issue after multiple attempts. The first technician charged me and left the machine in worse condition. The second technician delayed for days, arrived late, and claimed the issue was not his responsibility. The third technician prolonged the process, asked for extra charges, returned, and still could not fix the machine. Despite numerous follow-ups, there has been no resolution or urgency. Two months have passed, and the machine remains broken. The company’s service management has completely failed here. This level of negligence is unacceptable from any brand. Customers should not have to chase technicians who don’t show up and fail to fix anything. I am sharing this to inform future customers of what to expect. If the company wants to protect its reputation, it needs to resolve my case immediately and take strict action against the service center.

Heat Pump Dryer with Unpleasant Odor

We purchased a heat pump tumble dryer which, after minimal use and regular cleaning, started emitting a terrible smell and is now unusable after less than three years. The customer service showed no interest in providing a solution. This seems to be a common issue. Definitely a brand to avoid.

Regretting Not Reading Reviews Earlier

I wish I had seen these reviews before; I completely agree with them. Less than three months after purchasing, my heat pump dryer stopped working, and customer care has been abysmal, if you can even find a contact number. I am extremely frustrated to have been misled into buying such poor products. They look great, but that’s where the positives end. I feel out of pocket and disappointed.

Tumble dryer we had to stop using…

Tumble dryer we had to stop using because of heat pump fault. Month after month of contacting the company they can not give me any indication of when the fault will be fixed. I didnt know whether to buy something else to get through winter. Communication awful. Not even able to tell me if it's one month away, two months away a year away??? The management leave their poor staff ill informed and unable to answer questions. Terrible service.After months of not being able to use the tumble dryer they wont even extend warranty.
