I had a 5.3Kw Haier Air Conditioner installed in my living room just under 7 years ago. Over the weekend it faulted with the code F28 - indication a compressor failure. THis was the case and I was advised by Haier NZ that it will be an expensive repair and I will be liable to cover the cost. Over the years it has been a horrible unit. Depite being marketed as the high-end model, it is more like something from the $2 shop. It is my expectation that an Air Conditioner should last AT LEAST 10 years. If you are in the market for an AC/Heatpump - I strongly recommend you avoid this brand, it will consistantly disappoint you and the approach that Haier NZ takes towards failures it to first blame the customer. This was a massive waste of money!
Haier products and customer services are very disappointing. Do not buy Haier products. It’s has been 3 weeks, and I still haven’t received the technician for the repair and the customer service representatives continue to use the same set of responses and excuses. After the ticket was raised, we are calling them every single day. They either don't pick the call or say the ticket will be escalated. The least rating that I can provide is 1, but I feel even a rating of 1 is too high for Haier, it deserves a big 0.I would strongly like to express, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT from HAIER because their customer service is extremely poor and products aren’t reliable at all
Very worst and rude behaviour from Guduvancheri Haier ac installation manager, and they charged extra charges for ac installation, I asked why, but he replied that if you don’t want our service, we will come and uninstall everything and throw them in street like that he replied. This is how Haier brand services, please don’t buy this brand to avoid this issues. In market we have many alternative products. PEOPLE PLEASE AVOID HAIER PRODUCTS. They did not provide invoices or bill also for the additional charges.
Worst product. We purchased haier side by side refrigerator. But always cooling problem. Foods gets rotten soon. Doesn't stay fresh. We are calling several times to fix this issue since 2months but they are just telling today they will come but no one is coming.
No service provided even after having extended warranty. They always trouble their customers. They give multiple numbers and you just keep on calling and no one picks up the phone.Awful experience! I don't recommend buying their products

We have bought haier washing machine from unilet showroom Hanumanthnagar bengaluru on 15th Jan 2025.We are having horrible experience from the day of purchase from unilet and haier team.1. The product received was having a deep scratch on the door, despite informing this to the showroom no action was taken.2. Sales person has not informed us about the requirement of pressure pump for the washing machine, upon the installation of washing machine it was not working. Then we were informed that it needs pressure pump to work.3. After the installation of pressure pump also there is continuous problem with the machine. Haier technician has visited more than 10 times, they are replacing spares after spares(they replaced some valve, board and now they are saying need to replace display) till date the machine is not in working.we have been requesting for replacement of machine, no body is there resolve the issue.If we dont get the replacement of machine, we are planning to burn the washing machine in front of their showroom.Guys please dont purchase any product from unilet and haier product from anywhere.Ramesh9535699499
Worst AC & Zero Customer Support – Stay Away! I purchased a Haier AC, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The cooling stopped working within days. A technician came, fixed it temporarily, but **after just 7 days, it failed again**. The biggest shock? **Haier’s customer care is a scam!** No phone number works, no one responds, and there is **ZERO after-sales service**. It feels like they took my money and ran away. This is the **worst product and worst service** I have ever experienced. I strongly advise everyone to **avoid Haier**—there are much better brands with actual customer support. **Never buying Haier again!**
I booked a service request for my Haier AC approximately 20 days ago, and since then, no resolution has been provided. Despite my repeated follow-up calls to both Haier customer care and their assigned third-party service provider RAGHUVANSHI COOLING, the issue remains unresolved. The service team has shown a lack of seriousness and professionalism in addressing the matter. It is highly disappointing to note that Haier does not have its own service centers, and relies solely on third-party agencies for support and maintenance. This has directly impacted the quality and timeliness of service. Currently, the temperature in the NCR region has crossed 40°C, and the delay in service has caused extreme discomfort and inconvenience to my family. I had trusted Haier as a reputed brand, but this experience has been frustrating and deeply unsatisfactory.
