World most shitties company and service Haier

i am forced to write this review with complete disappointment, it has been more than 16 days since we have raised complaint regarding our air conditioner’s gas problem, and still we haven’t received any response, we haven’t heard from their service engineer and me and my father are calling their customer support on daily basis and we are not receiving any kind of solution or resolution regarding our concern which we really find unfortunate and proof of a terrible customer support, from past week my father is forced to take leaves from his hospital just because their customer support is promising every single time that they will send their engineers, however we haven’t heard from them, we hope you understand the current heat situation in New Delhi and my father is forced to sleep in such temperature without an air conditioner just because of negligence from haier customer support and service engineers, today when my father called on the number that their customer support team has provided firstly there wasn’t any response and when finally after few attempts someone picked up the call he referred himself as a manager and told my father not to bother him because it’s Sunday, if that is the scenario why their customer support have even shared that number, this company is continuously harassing a 60 years old man on daily basis by making false promises which they can’t fulfill, and today its has been more than 16 days.Now we have started to think that we have made a terrible mistake by purchasing Haier product and just because of that when i have to purchase a new washing machine few days earlier i went straight for Whirlpool just because they don’t provide such pathetic service like haier.*Service Details:*SR No: *DL20250419000443*Product: *Home Air Conditioner*

Harrowing Ordeal

I am deeply frustrated with GE (a division of Haier) and its repair partner, US Appliance, over a month-long unresolved issue with a broken GE gas stove. The problem began on April 5, 2025, and despite multiple calls and interactions with GE representatives (Tiffany (Case Manager), Tiffany (CSR), Trish, Melissa, Laura), no progress has been made due to poor communication and the unresponsiveness of GE and US Appliance. I have repeatedly received scripted responses, was told the appliance must be repaired four times before replacement, and have been offered inadequate compensation (e.g., $250 reimbursement or extended warranty). Attempts to escalate the issue or receive timely service failed, and a new service appointment was only scheduled for May 2—25 days after the initial report. I feel wholly unsupported and burdened by the financial and emotional strain of not having a working stove, especially with a sick child and recent holidays.

i have purchase Haier Split Ac and within a month buying the AC i started Getting complaints no cooling i have registered complaint serval time but the same problem keeps occurring continuously and still ac is not working.it is my suggestion to all the customers never bought the HAIER AC it not good product and customer service is also very very very very bad.mobile no-8510886916area pin code-20309

HAIER AND ITS CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE “WORST” EVER. DO NOT PURCHASE HAIER PRODUCTS . ITS BEEN 50 DAYS OUR REFRIGERATOR HAS BEEN UNDER REPAIR WE ARE FOLLOWING UP THE CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY ARE SAYING IT WILL GET RESOLVED IN 2 DAYS FROM 50 DAYS.
