I brought a 65inches led in my house just after few months it's showing Red Bazzles on the corner I just complain about this 4times but they're very unresponsive pathetic service don't go for this Guys I thought I took wrong Decision very bad
I had an error message on my brand new Haeir washing machine, so I had to have an engineer out. After his visit I had to have another engineer out. He was rude and said he wasn't going to look at my machine and left. Customer service isn't much better either. In Hindsight I should of refused the machine. I have to make another appointment and no availability until two weeks. Two days lost waiting in for engineers and I still cant use the machine. The next available appointment is two weeks away. All in all three weeks without being able to use my machine.
Please don’t buy this product while the time of installation we didn’t check the product properly due to Diwali festival due to which we saw the machine it was completely scratched and damange and company people are saying our mistake no one cares they are saying after 6days we can’t do anything what kind of nonsense response is this why u people sell this type of old product to us paying 50k and getting old product please I won’t recommend this brand at all
Maine 8 October ko Haier ka TV purchase kiya tha. Sirf 5–6 din ke andar (13–14 October ko) TV ka remote kharab ho gaya, aur 16 October ko TV me blast jaisi awaz aayi. Maine turant Haier customer care me complaint register ki, lekin ab tak koi action nahi liya gaya hai.Upar se, jahan se TV liya tha, unhone mujhse extra paise liye aur meri beti ke saath badtameezi se baat ki. Haier ke service people bhi customer se badtameezi se baat karte hain — bilkul unprofessional behaviour!Itna bada brand hone ke bawajood na product theek hai, na service, na behaviour! Agar jaldi solution nahi mila toh mujhe consumer court tak jaana padega.Main Haier brand par bharosa karke ye TV liya tha, lekin product aur service dono se bahut disappointed hoon. Terrible products. Washing machine developed a fault just after the 2 year warranty expired . We had extended to 5 years but haier argued that we didn't fill in a form. When we extended the warranty we did this as requested at the time on their website. We were given a code. A lot of arguing later they finally accepted the warranty. Engineer has attended to replace the drum but said he couldn't take the old one away as he doesn't have a waste carriers license so we are now left with a heavy large drum to dispose of ourselves!The replacement drum fitted looked reconditioned. Never again will I buy haier.
Don’t waste your money on the Haier India website (shop.haierindia.com).It’s a joke. I ordered a 75-inch TV worth ₹1,15,000 on 13th April. For two weeks, they kept repeating the same line—“TV is not in stock, we’ll ship it once it reaches your nearest warehouse.”On 28th April, I told them to cancel the order and process the refund because I bought it on EMI, and the payment was due by 6th May. It’s 7th May today—no refund, no update, nothing.And here’s the kicker: they told me their EMI account doesn’t have sufficient balance to refund my money. What kind of company doesn’t have funds to return a customer’s money?This is not just poor service—it’s straight-up fraud.Indian Consumer Forum seriously needs to act on this.People’s hard-earned money is being held hostage.
Worst experience i got from this team, I got a issue with my Ac and i connected the service team and they are asking 8k for the service for the warranty item. And what kind of assurance they are giving to the customers, i wont recommend this product and brand to others.
