Dr Vishal Nayak and his team at the Romford clinic were amazing, they treat you very well and make sure you’re feeling comfortable throughout the procedure. The after care is very well explained and they kept in contact with me after to see how I was doing afterwards. Very happy with my results and would recommend highly if anyone wants these life changing results!
Don’t know where to start. I felt really humiliated when I looked back how my experience went.First of all the payment situation was very rushed and once you’ve paid the deposit of £1000 there is no way back and you cannot get a penny back if you change you mind. Dr SHUAIB seemed like a nice guy but I realised all that it’s a way of scamming people. He claimed to be the one to perform the surgery but he left me with a bunch of inexperienced students who actually stressed and damaged my surgery. I was very vulnerable at the time and wanted the surgery to go well. I have been left with back of my head chopped and got an infection all over my head a few days later. I had to go to hospital for a treatment. My hair never grown back again properly.Biggest regret of my life.All these 5 stars rating are from people that have been rushed to review on the day of the surgery. And people leave a review on the same day just after the surgery without seeing any results.My surgery was a year and half ago. I had already gave them a positive review on the day of the surgery because the rushed me to do it and I was so vulnerable and grateful that it went well with no complications without knowing what would happen post surgery.Please please avoid at all cost. Business like this should not be allowed to run in this country. *SCAM*
I don’t usually leave reviews but in this case I found the experience to be so positive I needed to. I had my hair transplant in October 2023, as most people who carry out this surgery it can be quite daunting at first, not sure if you should go ahead, what the side affects may be and importantly what the results will be like. The consult was very clear and concise which I did in person. I then was given a number that I could use to message if I had any further questions, which I used a fair bit (because you always remember things you wanted to ask!). Eventually I decided to go with HGC, Romford. The day of the surgery started with an early morning consult with Dr Nayak where we agreed the hairline before meeting the team that would begin the process of harvesting the hair from the donor area. This stage lasted around 3 hours, starting with local anaesthetic being injected into the area. Next Dr arrived to make all the incisions which took around an hour, then We broke for a quick lunch follows by an afternoon of implanting. Hajara and Merin were both amazing, we listened to music and she explained the process as they were going along. Overall the experience was relatively pain free, clean environment and great bedside manner from the team. 6 months on the results really are incredible. I met with the doctor today and gave him my personal feedback and I’d definately recommend this place for anyone thinking about this procedure. Good luck!
