Even though a VIP it doesn't help getting a loan. If you don't have references you will not be approved for a loan. They need to change their company policy.

THEY CLAIM YOUR INFORMATION IS NOT WHAT THEY HAVE ON FILE JUST TO KEEP FROM GIVING YOU A LOAN OR LETTING YOU APPLY FOR A LOAN. IF THEY CALL YOU AND YOU CALL THEM BACK YOU GET THE RUN AROUND ABOUT WHO THE LOAN OFFICER IS THAT CALLED YOU. BUT I HAVE CALLED THEM BACK SEVERAL TIMES AND NEVER GOT ANYWHERE

I paid my first loan off early and when…

I paid my first loan off early and when I tried to reapply I was denied even though everything from my pay to banking account had not changed. I received an email with no other explanation other than " no loan options available". Disappointed but I'm glad I didn't refer anyone to this loan company.

First loan was paid off

First loan was paid off. Everything else was smooth. The bank messed up,I sent the proof Needed. Filled out paperwork and all. Talked to customer service,even the District Manager. Very awful,nothing was done to help.
