Had my 2nd hair transplant with HGC today after a previous surgery at another place which didn't go very well. My surgeon was Dr Shauib, who made me feel very welcome and at ease the entire time, I felt like I was in very good hands.The whole staff that I interacted with during my time were all professional and friendly and were very attentive to me through out.I still have to wait to see results but on my first time here I would highly recommend.
From morning to afternoon, the staff went over beyond to ensure I was comfortable and open to communicate my thoughts and feelings. I was guided through step by step to keep me understood at each stage and nurtured through the procedure. Highly recommend for anyone nervous for taking onboard. Thank you to Dr Munir and his team.
Hi everyone,I would like to share my experience of under going PRP treatment at HGC in London.I must say, this is one of my best experience I’ve had and I highly recommend this centre for all your hair care treatments.Especially the clinic on Chippenham Road, London.Im sure you can all relate we lead a bumpy roller coaster ride with work, family and home and in this chaos we often forget to put ourselves first. But we all need to step back and prioritise on ‘Self love’.After having children I started to lose hair and it came to a point where I was soo self conscious about my hair that I started to hide it underneath a hijab (head scarf).It was not until I was browsing online and came across a post from HGC, that got me intrigued.I was very sceptical and anxious, just like any new thing you start. I wasn’t sure if I would fully commit to it.My consultation with Rob helped to answer all my questions and I addressed my fears. With successful stories and pictures I was convinced this was going to work. Living in Britain is like a menopausal woman, one minute it’s hot and the next it’s cold. It’s soo unpredictable. Resulting to that we often lack in vitamin D and other benefits we get from the sun.But thanks to Rob he gave me a list of supplements which helped boost my vitamins and minerals.The day of treatment quickly came and I was soo not looking forward to it.Thanks to Anita for her lovely hospitality and warm welcome I quickly overcame my fears.The procedure took less than half an hour. I was in and out soo fast. We often think the worst but in fact it’s not really that bad. I felt a small scratch the same way you do when you go for a blood test. It was a little uncomfortable as the treatment involves multiple needles but with a help of ice pack I felt no pain.The support you receive from the minute you join is commendable. Any questions or any anxious feelings they help you overcome it. Another kind member was Zam, who was very kind to give after treatment care and support. They are available 7 days a week and very prompt in replying back.I totally feel soo blessed to have met this wonderful crew at HGC and I’m soo looking forward to my next visit.Friends, I highly recommend HGC for all your hair care problems. Dr Shuaib and team Horrible clinic! The Dr’s aren’t the ones doing your hair transplant. Just make sure if you come to this clinic you’re fully aware that it’s money first, your needs last! They don’t care about you, just money, which I’ve been trying to get back what I’m owed since October! Slimy slivering type of Hair clinic. Just go Turkey or use another clinic like my friend did. If I had the time I would have!
My story starts on Sunday day before the queen's funeral. Had a chat with the consultant and was kind of forced into signing the contract and said things like don't worry it's all refundable etc please just sign it and I signed + paid 1000 but on 19 Sep as part of the prep session looked in the review for this company. It was scary and on 20 at 10 am called them to cancel it first they said they will cancel then they will not pick the call and was send in round robin to claim the refund. This company does not record anything so they have no control on their staff and their claims on 25 year guarantee is all fake.I will now be taking them to small claims court. If you see their complaint procedure they are not regulated by anybody. Please before you do any treatment please make sure you read all the paperwork carefully and get legal advice as it might impact your health and finance. I would suggest going with a company that has a better review. Avoid them, please. They will give you a story that lots of negative reviews are fake but it's not. it's a bit of a nightmare company to deal with. Please reach out to me if you have any similar experience so that i can use them in small claims court.
