My experience at HGC hair clinic today was amazing the team looked after me very well and Dr Shuaib was great he made me feel very comfortable after our firs conversation and explained everything with great detail so I would definitely recommend having your hair done here if you are suffering with any hair loss issues.
Absolutely incredible. They were able to do what no other clinic said was possible. Truly outstanding and mind blowing results. I’m forever grateful to this team. Honestly, do not hesitate these guys are the best at what they do. The before, during and after care is of the highest level.
Warning!!! Once they take your money they will do the opposite and give you excuses after what they agreed with . They've ruined my perfect hairs. Only have your Hair transplant with an English Surgent or Doctor as I find them honest. These people are liers and they Training people on your hair on the day of hair transplant. They don't respect the law and the Human right of this Country. I have the proof of what I paid for, even though the Doctor agreed I should be paid back but they not paying me so I'm going to take them Court once I find a solicitor at some pointThey flag the genuine reviews or they take the genuine reviews off and leaves the fake ones onIf you already gone ahead with them make sure record everything A-Z on your phoneThey seem super professional but once you pay, then they turn into something else especially on the day of hair transplant... they not going to do what you pay for, they will also ask you to try other treatments so you can pay more and they will give you lots of excuses saying your hair is this and that. But you see when you go to see the Doctor on your first appointment he will tell your hair is perfect for hair transplant and again when you go to the Surgent it's a different story he will give you so much excuses and he will do his best to convince you to try other treatment which means pay extra so I refuse to go ahead with his other treatment and then he decided to do the opposite of what I paid for because I didn't choose to go with his extra treatment costing up to £4000. The Surgent didn't do my Hair transplant it was done by trainees. The Surgent was Dr Alsort in Kenton Road London. Dr Sachin agreed I should be paid but he said it's not in my hands but he was the one who took the £2000 from meAgain I do not recommend HGC go somewhere elseI believe only English Surgent will do a genuine hair transplant and I know they charge extra but they do a decent job so think twice and don't get deceive by HGC reviews and advertisement as that's what I got deceive by Good luck
Had a transplant during May 2021 with my front very recessed. Spent significantly less than what i was quoted around other clinics by as much as 50%. However, the quality was still excellent with the clinic and definetly have no regret w hilst saving over £3k than if i would have gone with any other clinic. Dr vishal and the team did very well consulting me and asking for the styles i want and adjusting to my changes. Whilst I never had any sort of surgical treatment in my life, i only wish i did this sooner given i never worry about my hair anymore. Very much reccomend the Romford site which i attended as well as the clinic.
