I chose HGC in Romford and Dr. Vishal Nayak specifically, after a friend had a great experience at this clinic, as well as considerable research on top which gave me the confidence that HGC Romford was the right choice. I also discovered a number of people online who had been to this clinic and I spent hours reading and listening to their journeys as well as speaking to some directly - they all had a good experience with great results (search online forums and YouTube for Dr. Nayak). I have spent 6 years researching hair transplants, so I knew what to expect and I can spot good work. I was planning to visit Turkey but really didnt fancy the hassle of the journey, especially the flight home after the procedure. Much easier to get it done in the UK. I have since had surgery here and everything went great. I felt at ease at all times and was taken care off throughout the whole day by the team. The technicians were experienced and friendly and did a brilliant job. I felt no pain and the procedure was actually much easier than I had anticipated. Dr. Vishal Nayak is clearly very experienced and a great guy too. He even advised alternative and more suitable options to help with my hair growth and reduce the need for other treatments or further surgery. He was in no way trying to push any add-ons or further treatments, which I appreciate and respect, as most places will try to push additional treatments even if not needed. I'm currently still in the healing process, so it is early doors, however everything is going really well so far and it all looks healthy, as it should. I was given clear and comprehensive guidance and support throughout and have received a follow up call to check that everything is going OK. This clinic may not be the fanciest in the world, however they absolutely do things correctly from my experience here. Everything was clean and clinical, and their workmanship is as good if not better than clinics that charge 5 x the price. It is really good that they offer high quality hair transplants for such a good price and do not overcharge. I will update this review should anything change, however at this stage I am 100% happy with the service provided based on my own experience here. Thank you HGC for sorting out my balding head and I look forward to my new head of hair!
The experience was new to me and arranged perfectly thanks to Dr vishal and his team. As for the surgery itself Dr Vishal and his assistant were really professional and worked very miticulously. I am really happy with the result so far. I definitely recommend HGC Romford clinic.less

Hi, I was made to feel very welcome at the clinic. Everything was explained well by staff and I was sent videos with information as to what to expect. On the day I visited the Romford Branch and was seen by Dr Vishal and his team. I was very nervous however I was in great hands in spite of my nerves. The room was very clean and the music helped me to relax. I would recommend and have recommended the Romford Clinic to some friends as proof that it is a good choice if they are looking for a hair transplant.Dr Vishal was honest about outcomes and staff have followed up my progress since.
