AVOID AVOID AVOIDI waited for more than a year after the procedure to have the final results visible to leave this review. I'm not going to say anything about the meet and greet experience as it was fine and since the clinic pressures clients to leave their feedback right after the procedure I'd say 90% of feedback here is related to that. I'll start from the final results: I'm absolutely disappointed to the level words can't describe. My results are absolutely terrible and now I'm looking for a proper clinic to fix what they have done. I started to worry as soon as scabbing washed off. I doubted the number (3000 grafts) they claimed they transferred. For all my worries throughout this year the answer was the same: you have to wait a bit longer. After a couple of months of my contacts with all kinds of worries they said that if I wasn't satisfied with the final results I would get a refund. Now, when the final results are very bad (you can see some pictures in my review on Google reviews) they say that refund is out of question as results are great (what???!!!) I must also state that all their post-op advices were adhered to. I tried to have a consultation with one of their doctors in the clinic during my visit to Istanbul 8 months after the procedure. They made an appointment, told me that it was doctors' advise for me to get an extra prp procedure right before the consultation which I had done to the tune of 150eur extra in their clinic, and was told right after the procedure that "it was Saturday and of course doctor wasn't there"...What to say here: they lured me into paying for a procedure which I could have done elsewhere for 50eur on a false pretence that I was getting a doctor's consultation right after that. Conclusion: yet another Turkish "clinic" which is doing all their best to get all the money they can out of you, and as soon as you pay, they are not interested in you anymore... AVOID....
I had my hair transplant last week (24/11/22).I was really hesitant in booking originally as there are so many companies out there to choose from and such a variance in price range, but Rami was was very informational and responsive from the first time I contacted them.All the services provided were good! The 5 star hotel and the clinic were great, the organisation and planning was as it was described before I made the trip over.Rami had been with me every step of the way answering all my questions with fast responses, which has really helped with confidence in the procedure. I was recommended the hairmd kits post op due to the doctors finding some damage in my scalp after the head shave. Just a warning to all that these cannot be taken in carry on baggage and therefore I had them taken off me at the airport, which brings me to the only thing I would say Haista could improve on. Which is that the translation in the hospital I found was a little difficult at times hence the communication error when buying the packs, still very good translators but I found I couldn’t always get detailed answers to my questions in the actual clinic. HOWEVER, I had a great experience overall and the team at the clinic did a great job! And regardless of the issue at the airport, Rami once again had been a legend and doing everything he can to get some products sent out to me.Overall I 100% would recommend Haista from my experience so far, smooth process, and great value for money! At first I was scared and bit nervous because I thought I was going to have difficulty because I was travelling alone and going into surgery and not having nobody with me but they made me feel very comfortable from the first moment I was getting fast reply to messages did not have a problem in English they treated me very well overall it was great experience and RAMI was one of the person that did look after me I would highly recommend it to anyone.
