I want to thank the whole team at Haista for the treatment I received, from the airport pick ups/ drop off and Hotel clinic everything was perfect no waiting around it's only been 12 days since my treatment and I'm already seeing an improvement, I'm really looking forward to the next 5/6 months ,I would thoroughly recommend Haista to anyone considering a Hair transplant your in good hands thank you team
The best service you can get i was bit skeptical at first but from transportation to accomodation and surgery went really well.l went from UK in March 2023 and now May 2024 they are still in touch with me and My hair turns out to be amazing.
okay so give you a picture of this place.1. The translator was juggling multiple tasks in different rooms and not available for assessing beard lines (in and out room) . I witnessed what appeared to be poor coordination between staff and management regarding clients. 2. Female manager came in and did not speak English and changed the lines drawn by the technicians. with no translator available. Technicians were given word to begin work immediately. Translator came back in expressed concern over the lines to me prior to leaving. He said he had an argument with the manager about the situation 3. Had to spend a lot of money for a sudden return flight to Turkey as I was annoyed by the lack of symmetry which my family members are hadcommented on. Causing me to be shamed. 5. on last trip, time not accounted for flight properly not enough time left for after treatment. the washing after process and waiting around was long and wasteful. Driver did his best but far too late. Flight missed. 6. Was assured the hairs will grow in the spaces I was concerned about (on the new beard lines) and told all grafts were there. I also was unhappy how fake the one side looked as it did not match the style of the original side that looked natural. this new side had the outer line drawn first in a very detailed way and then a hollow line behind with incorrect spacing. This suggested the technicians were not being careful with hair placement or counting hairs well as once again they were playing loud music laughing and joking. This made me concerned at the time. 6. Expressed in review how I am unhappy with outcome due to negligence and very avoidable things. Money spent not only on return flights at 400£ for a round trip but also spent alot on shampoos serums and tablets which amounted to over 560£.I attempted to claim some money back for this shoddy service and was told was blame was on me for being dissatisfied.

DO NOT RISK IT! SCAMERS, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE THE MANAGER AFTER TAKING PAYMENT.HAISTA IT IS NOT THE CLINIC THEY SHOW YOU ON SOCIALMEDIA! THEY ARE SYRIANS WITH FAKE NAMES. who have a small office, they get in touched with Turkish doctors bringing client and get commissions paid, False guarantee given, no contract of commitment SIGNED BETWEEN YOU AND THEM and everything you sign in Hospital Turkish, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RISKS AND TERRIBKLE RESULTS LEAVING YOU WITH A SCAR FOR LIFE!!HAISA DOES NOT GIVE YOU ANY SIGNED CONTRACT OR GUARANTEE ASSURING YOU THE RESULTS YOU WANT. THEY KEEP THEM SELF AWAY OF THE RESPONSIBILITY, ALL THEY WANT IS TO GET PAIDFAKE ASSURANCE FROM THE DOCTOR THEY YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU WANT, THE ASSURE YOU EVERYTHING WILLL BE AS YOU LIKE AND EVERTHING IS POSSIBLE, AFTER THE SURGERY WITH NO EXPECTED RESULTS, THEY WILL GIVE YOU ANY EXCUSE WHY IS NOT AS YOU WANTED.TERRIBLE RESULTS !!, NO IMPROVEMEMENT, AND WHAT THEY HAVE DONE IS SO BAD!!This has caused my ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION, having spent 4000 dollars.AFTER 12 MONTHS NO RESULTS, NOW THEY PRESCRIBED ME A PILLS THAT WHEN I SEARCHED ABOUT ON GOOGLE IT SAIS IT IS FOR ACNE HAHAHA, CAN YOU BELIEVE IT !!,Minutes before the surgery the helper of the doctor was asking me how I want the results which made me more anxious and nervous, saying that the doctor forgot. I asked where the doctor and they is said he is at lunch, they wanted to put me the anaesthesia without me having seen the doctor that I spoke to. TO BE HONEST I HAVE A FEELING THAT ITS NOT THE DOCTOR WHO DONE THE SURGERY, THEY ARE THE STUDENTS ARROUND HIM PRACTISING!!), I AM NOT SURE IF WE CAN REQUEST THE SURGERY VIDEO LIKE IN EUROPE?? SOMEONE CAN HELP WITH THIS MATTER??Terrible results, horrible surgery, he has done all what I did not want him to do!!!No after care in hotel!! You clean your surgery, and you do everything yourself, no one comes to check on you! Especially I have done the surgery when it was the earthquake last year, None of the managers sent a message to ask about you and how are you feeling, when you ask for their contact number, the customer service lady REFUSES to give the managers contact phone! ( Algerian calledTerrible accommodation, I meant to be in the beginning in a hotel they put me in a flat in one building facing the hotel I supposed to be in, to go for the breakfast I had to cross the street snowing, with my rhinoplasty just done with extreme cold outside in order to reach the hotel.After a week when they check on you in the doctor’s office, they try to make you pay for that appointment when everything should be included in the price, so they charged me extra money with the excuse of selling me something which will help with the surgery.PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY
If it was less than one ⭐️ star i would have clicked on itThe clinic is such a lies, not the same as the pictures, the day of the surgery they want to put anasthesie before i see the doctor , the results after was not happy at all and all their excuse was: wait after 6 months and it will changeNow its been a year and still the same results which i didnt like , and they dont want to help Juste une arnaque.Advice(conseil) : eviter cette clinic!!!!!!!!
