Unbelievably easy set up process. The most important thing though is their very flexible payment plan. I was able to choose something that worked best for me. Many options to pay off instead of harassing you to pay an amount you couldn't normally cover.

While it may appear that this is just another debt collection agency, based on my experiences with several, they are the least intrusive and most empathetic. Their rates and plans are clearly outlined from the start, with no hidden fees. They genuinely seem open to discussing repayment options repeatedly. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I actually find working with them to be a positive experience!
