Sajjad Hussain visit us politely and introduce us to Handepay. I was with dojo and he explained all the charges and reduced my bill by £70 a month and he also made sure that my business loan will be transferred before signing in with them on a monthly rolling contract, he visited me and kept in touch with me through out the whole process and did everything for us. Julia has explained everything very clear, we received the card reader within a few day, and Julia came back to show us how to use it. We were using a different company before but costumer service was shocking. We are very happy that handepay contacted us.
Stay far from that company. The Initial rental agreement with them was for 2 years for Merchant Rentals. When I try to terminate the agreement they said no it is for 4 years agreement. they are asking future rentals for 2 years. We didn't like their gateway system as well, just troubles. Customers had lots of issues making online payments, their website not responding and when we try to leave they come up with large amount of bill even though we had 2 years contract with them and we have been with them for 2 years, we didn't have issues with other merchants like this
