They handled the situation remarkably well, being one of the fastest to resolve issues I've ever dealt with. What went wrong? The service provided a tracking number, but the postal service mistakenly sent the item to the wrong mail center, causing a delay of 1.5 weeks before it was finally located and delivered. By that time, I had to choose a different print for my gift. What went well? The quality of the print that arrived exceeded my expectations. The paper was thick and nearly card-like. I truly couldn't find any faults, and the representative was impressively quick and responsive, addressing my inquiry within about 3 hours of my initial contact. Final thoughts:

By 8am Monday, I received a response from a representative who had already arranged a replacement, which arrived today. The communication and customer service have been outstanding. I'm really impressed and love my poster.
